Mutiny, LLC is not liable for any damages that result from the use of or misuse of our products. Please do not modify our products, attempt to repair our products, or use our products unless they meet your specifications.
Payment
Credit cards and PayPal will be automatically charged at the time of purchase and checkout. Mutiny, LLC. does not hold or store credit card information. We cannot charge your card on our end. If any error is made while paying with a credit card or PayPal we will notify you via email within one business day (except on US holidays).
Theft
Mutiny, LLC will not be held liable for stolen equipment that have been confirmed as picked up by the customer (client). By booking on the MUTINY Rentals website, customers acknowledge and hold harmless, Mutiny, LLC from any claims of theft after confirmed pickup. Customers (clients) are 100% liable for any theft or damage of MUTINY Rentals equipment once it is picked up from our office.
Rental Refusal
Mutiny, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any rental for the product(s) listed at the incorrect price or incorrectly described. Mutiny, LLC. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bookings regardless of whether the booking has been confirmed and payment made.
Notices
We do not share your information with anyone outside of our company to fulfill orders. We do not sell, market, or mine your information. Mutiny, LLC will e-mail you for any order booked, status, fulfillment, cancellations, refunds, etc. By using our site, you are agreeing and authorizing Mutiny, LLC to contact you.
